Early this year Google has launched its game services – Google Stadia. At the time of the launch, Google hadn’t divulged many details about this service expect that may it would be available in select countries – they are US, the UK, Canada and some parts of Europe – by the end of the year. Now, nearly two months after Google first unveiled Google Stadia on stage the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2019 in San Francisco and just days of the E3 2019, the company has finally shed light on the pricing, availability and gaming catalog of the service.
The first wave of Google’s gaming service – Stadia — will make its public debut in 14 countries across the globe in November this year. Rest of the world – and those who don’t mind waiting for a less pricey version of the service – will have to wait until 2020 to get their hands on Google’s gaming service.
Google Stadia pricing
Google has launched its gaming service – Google Stadia – in three editions or versions, which include a free tier and a special tier for select customers. Here are the details:
Stadia Base: This is the free tier of Google Stadia that offers up to 1080p resolution with a frame rate of 60fps. Gamers will require a 10Mbps connection to play the games purchased via Google Stadia. The price will not be disclosed.
Stadia Pro: This costs $9.99 (Rs 690 approx) a month. It delivers up to 4K HDR resolution with a frame rate of 60 fps at 5.1 Surround Sound. It also includes free games and exclusive discounts. It requires a 35Mpbs connection to operate. It also includes the entire Destiny 2 collection.
Stadia Founder’s Edition: This is the priciest of all tiers as it costs $129 (Rs 8,900 approx). It includes a three-months Stadia Pro subscription, a Chromecast Ultra, a limited edition night blue Stadia Controller, a three-month Buddy Pass to bring a friend along and a chance to selecting a Stadia name. It is up for pre-orders at the Google Store.

Now the most important of all details – what all titles will be available on Google Stadia. Google Stadia Pro is debuting with the entire Destiny 2 collection, which includes the base game, previous add-ons, the annual pass, and the upcoming Shadowkeep expansion.
Besides this, the Mountain View California based company is also introducing a number of other gaming titles on Stadia. Here’s some of them :
